Wazaif of Sorah Fatiha
Surah al-Fatihah (The Opening):
There are seven verses in this surah (chapter) and it is said that this surah is both ‘makki’ and ‘madani’ ie. it was revealed in both Makkah and Madinah.In the commentary of Majma’ul Bayan it
is narrated that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) said that whoever recites
this surah, he will get the reward for reciting two thirds (2/3) of the
whole Qur’an, and will get the reward equivalent to what would be gained by giving charity to all the believing men and women in the world.One of the companions of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) narrates that he once recited this surah in the presence of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and the Prophet said, ‘By Him in whose hand is my soul, a similar revelation to this has not been included in the Taurat (Torah), Injeel (Bible), Zabur (Psalms) or even the Qur’an itself.’
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) once asked Jabir ibn Abdallah Ansari, “Should I teach you a surah that has no other comparison to it in the whole Qur’an ?” Jabir replied, “Yes, and may my parents be ransom upon you O prophet of Allah.” So the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) taught him surah al-Fatihah. Then the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) asked, “Jabir, should I tell you something about this surah ?” Jabir answered, “Yes, and may my parents be ransom upon you O prophet of Allah.” The Prophet (s.a.w.) said, “It (surah al-Fatihah) is a cure for every ailment except death.”
Imam AbuAbdillah Ja’far as-Sadiq (a.s.) has said that whoever cannot be cured by surah al-Fatihah, then there is no cure for that person. In the same narration it is written that if this surah is recited 70 times on any part of the body that is paining, the pain will surely go away. In fact, the power of this surah is so great that it is said that if one were to recite it 70 times over a dead body, you should not become surprised if that body starts moving (ie. comes back to life).
Surah al-Fatihah is a cure for physical and also spiritual ailments. Without this surah, even the daily prayers are incomplete. It is indeed a great treasure that has been given to us by Allah (s.w.t.) through the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) and no previous prophet has been given anything like it. Translation: In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. [All] praise is [due] to Allah , Lord of the worlds - The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
Surat Al-Falaq Advantages and Benefits
This Surah was
revealed in Madinah and it has 5 verses. It is narrated from the Holy Prophet
Muhammad (SAW) that whoever recites Surah Al-Falaq in the month of Ramadan in
any of his prayers, it is as if he has fasted in Makkah and he will get the
reward for performing Hajj and ‘Umra. Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (a.s.) said that in
the prayer of Shafa’a (in Salaatul-layl) one should recite Surah al-Falaq in the
first rak’aat and an-Naas in the second.
Reciting of this Surah in compulsory prayers keeps a person safe from poverty and Sustenance comes towards him. His death will not be of a sudden and terrifying nature. This Surah has excelent cure for magic effects, pain in the eyes and should be recited before blowing gently into the eyes for relief from pain. Keeping this Surah in a talisman around one’s neck acts as a protection from the ‘evil eye’. This Surah remove magic effects very quickly.

۱ حفاظت ایمان:
اللہ تعالیٰ کی نعمتوں میں سب سے بڑی نعمت ایمان کی دولت ہے۔اس کی حفاظت
ہر مسلمان کا محبوب فرض ہونا چاہیے۔بعض اکابر اولیاء کرام سے منقول ہے کہ
جو شخص مغرب کے بعد کی دوسنتوں میں سے پہلی رکعت میں سورہٴ فاتحہ کے بعد
سورہٴ فلق اور دوسری رکعت میں سورہٴ فاتحہ کے بعد سورہٴ والناس ہمیشہ
پڑھا کرے تو اس کا ایمان بھی محفوط رہے گا اور خاتمہ ایمان پر ہوگا۔
حضرت امام ابوحنیفہ رحمة اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ نے فرمایا کہ جو شخص ایمان کی
دولت میسر آنے پر ہمیشہ خدا تعالیٰ کا شکریہ ادا کرتا رہے گا، اس کا ایمان
بھی محفوظ رہے گا اور خاتمہ ایمان پر ہو گا۔ بلکہ خدا تعالیٰ کے وعدہ کے
مطابق کہ ” لَئِنْ شَکَرْتُمْ لاَ زِیْدَنَّکُمْ “ کہ اگر تم ہماری نعمتوں کا شکر ادا کرو گے تو ہم ان نعمتوں میں اضافہ کر دیں گے۔
خدا تعالیٰ کے وعدہ کے مطابق ایمان میں قوت اور ایمانی کاموں میں برکت ہوگی ان شاء اللہ۔
تجارت میں برکت:
جمعرات کے دن یہ آیت ہرن کی جھلی پر لکھ کر کپڑے میں لپیٹ کر دوکان کے
دروازے کی چوکھٹ یا باغ کی زمین میں دفن کرنے سے بے پناہ خیر و برکت ہوتی
ہے۔ اَوْکَالَّذِیْ
مَرَّ عَلٰی قَرْیَةٍ وَّہِیَ خَاوِیَةٌ عَلٰی عُرُوْشِہَاج قَالَ اَنّٰی
یُحْی ہٰذِہِ اللّٰہُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِہَاج فَاَمَاتَہُ اللّٰہُ مِائَةَ
عَامٍ ثُمَّ بَعَثَہط قَالَ کَمْ لَبِثْتَط قَالَ لَبِثْتُ یَوْمًااَوْ
بَعْضَ یَوْمٍط قَالَ بَلْ لَّبِثْتَ مِائَةَ عَامٍ فَانْظُرْ اِلٰی
طَعَامِکَ وَشَرَابِکَ لَمْ یَتَسَنَّہْج وَانْظُرْ اِلٰی حِمَارِکَقف
وَلِنَجْعَلَکَ اٰیَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَانْظُرْ اِلَی الْعِظَامِ کَیْفَ
نُنْشِزُہَا ثُمَّ نَکْسُوْہَا لَحْمًاط فَلَمَّا تَبَیَّنَ لَہ لا قَالَ
اَعْلَمُ اَنَّ اللّٰہَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ
۲۔ ان آیتوں کو لکھ کر سامانِ تجارت میں رکھنا خیر و برکت کا باعث ہو گا۔ اِنَّ
اللّٰہَ اشْتَرٰی مِنَ الْمُوٴْمِنِیْنَ اَنْفُسَہُمْ وَاَمْوَالَہُمْ
بِاَنَّ لَہُمُ الْجَنَّةَط یُقَاتِلُوْنَ فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰہِ
فَیَقْتُلُوْنَ وَیُقْتَلُوْنَقف وَعْدًا عَلَیْہِ حَقًّا فِی التَّوْرٰةِ
وَالْاِنْجِیْلِ وَالْقُرْاٰنِط وَمَنْ اَوْفٰی بِعَہْدِہ مِنَ اللّٰہِ فَاسْتَبْشِرُوْا بِبَیْعِکُمُ الَّذِیْ بَایَعْتُمْ بِہط وَذٰلِکَ ہُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِیْم
۳۔ کاروبار کی ترقی کے واسطے ان آیتوں کو زیتون کے چار پتوں پر
لکھ کر مکان یا دوکان کے چاروں گوشوں میں دفن کر دے تو ان شاء اللہ
خریداروں کی کثرت ہو گی۔ الٓمّٓرٰقف
تِلْکَ اٰیٰتُ الْکِتٰبِ وَالَّذِیْٓ اُنْزِلَ اِلَیْکَ مِنْ رَّبِّکَ
الْحَقُّ وَلٰکِنَّ اَکْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ یُوٴْمِنُوْنَ (۱) اَللّٰہُ
الَّذِیْ رَفَعَ السَّمٰوٰتِ بِغَیْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَہَا ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰی
عَلَی الْعَرْشِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَط کُلٌّ یَّجْرِیْ
لِاَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّیط یُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ یُفَصِّلُ الْاٰیٰتِ
لَعَلَّکُمْ بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّکُمْ تُوْقِنُوْنَ (۲) وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ مَدَّ
الْاَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ فِیْہَا رَوَاسِیَ وَاَنْہٰرًاط وَمِنْ کُلِّ
الثَّمَرٰتِ جَعَلَ فِیْہَا زَوْجَیْنِ اثْنَیْنِ یُغْشِی الَّیْلَ
النَّہَارَط اِنَّ فِیْ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ یَّتَفَکَّرُوْنَ
۴۔ جمعرات کے دن باوضو اس آیت کو لکھ کر مکان یا دوکان کے دروازے پر لٹکانے سے خیرو برکت ہو۔ قُلْ اِنَّ الْفَضْلَ بِیَدِ اللّٰہِ یُوٴْتِیْہِ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَاللّٰہُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِیْمٌ ۔ یَّخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِہ مَنْ یَّشَآئُط وَاللّٰہُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِیْم
۵۔ جو شخص جمعہ کے دن بعد عصر آیة الکرسی تین سو تیرہ مرتبہ
پڑھے تو ایسی خیرو برکت ہو گی کہ جس کا وہم و گمان بھی نہ ہو۔ ۶۔ بعد
فراغت نماز جمعہ اس آیت کو لکھ کر مکان یا دوکان میں رکھنے سے خیر و برکت
اور رزق میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔ وَلَقَدْ مَکَّنّٰکُمْ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَجَعَلْنَا لَکُمْ فِیْہَا مَعَایِشَط قَلِیْلاً مَّا تَشْکُرُوْنَ
۷۔ یہ آیت سیب کے ٹکڑے پر لکھ کر خزانہ میں رکھ دے۔ ان شاء اللہ بہت برکت ہو گی۔ ذٰلِکَ فَضْلُ اللّٰہِ یُوٴْتِیْہِ مَنْ یَّشَآئُط وَاللّٰہُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِیْمِ
کشائش رزق: مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللّٰہِ اَحْمَدُ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰہِ
جو شخص بعد نماز جمعہ پاک صاف ہو کر پینتیس۳۵ مرتبہ یہ لکھ کر اپنے پاس
رکھے خدا تعالیٰ اسے غیب سے رزق عطا فرمائے گا اور وہ شیطان کے شر سے
محفوظ رہے گا۔ ۲۔ ہر نماز کے بعد سو مرتبہ اسم باری تعالیٰ ”یا لطیف“ پڑھ کر ایک مرتبہ” اَللّٰہُ لَطِیْفٌ بِعِبَادِہ یَرْزُقُ مَنْ یَشَاءُ وَھُوَ الْقَوِیُّ الْعَزِیْزُ“ پڑھنے سے رزق میں برکت ہوتی ہے۔ ۳۔ بعد نماز فجر و مغرب سو مرتبہ”یَا لَطِیْفُ“ پڑھ کر تین مرتبہ یہ دعا پڑھنا رزق کے لیے نہایت مفید ہے۔ اَللّٰھُمَّ
وَسِّعْ عَلَیَّ رِزْقِیْ اَللّٰھُمَّ عَطِّفْ عَلَیَّ خَلْقَکَ کَمَا
صُنْتَ وَجْھِیْ عَنِ السُّجُوْدِ لِغَیْرِکَ فَصُنْہ عَنْ ذِلِّ
السَّوَالِ لِغَیْرِکَ بِرَحْمَتِکَ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ۔
۴۔ جو شخص اس دعا کو پانچوں وقت نماز کے پڑھنے کا معمول بنا لے
گا۔ خصوصاً نمازِ جمعہ کے بعد تو وہ شخص ہر طرح کی پریشانی و مصیبت سے
بچا رہے گا ۔ اپنے دشمنوں کے شر سے محفوظ رہے گا۔اور دعا کی برکت سے خدا
تعالیٰ اسے ایسی جگہ سے رزق عطا فرمائے گا کہ جہاں سے کہ وہم و گمان بھی
نہ ہو گا۔اور اس قدر رزق ملے گا کہ جس کی اسے توقع بھی نہ ہوگی۔نیز اس
دعا کا ہمیشہ پڑھنا قرض کی ادائیگی کے لیے نہایت مفید ہے اگر قرض پہاڑ کے
برابر بھی ہو تو وہ بھی اس دعا کی برکت سے ادا ہو جائے گا۔مجرب ہے وہ
دعا یہ ہے۔ یَا
اَللّٰہُ یَا اَحَدُ یَا وَاحِدُ یَا مَوْجُوْدُ یَا جَوَّادُ یَا
بَاسِطُ یَا کَرِیْمُ یَا وَھَّابُ یَا ذَالطُّولِ یَا غَنِیُّ یَا
مُغْنِیُ یَا فَتَّاحُ یَا رَزَّاقُ یَا عَلِیْمُ یَا حَکِیْمُ یَا حَیُّ
یَا قَیُّوْمُ یَا رَحْمٰنُ یَا رَحِیْمُ یَا بَدِیْعُ السَّمٰوَاتِ
وَالْاَرْضِ یَا ذَالْجَلَالِ وَالْاِکْرَامِ یَا حَنَّانُ یَا مَنَّانُ
اَنْفِحْنِیْ مِنْکَ بِنَفْحَةِ خَیْرٍ تُغْنِیْنِیْ بِھَا عَمَّنْ
سِوَاکَ اِنْ تَسْتَفْتَحُوْا فَقَدْ جَائَکُمُ الْفَتْحُ اِنَّا
فَتَحْنَا لَکَ فَتْحًا مُبِیْنًا نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللّٰہِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِیْبٌ
اَللّٰھُمَّ یَا غَنِیُّ یَاحَمِیْدُ یَا مُبْدِیٴُ یَا مُعِیْدُ یَا
وَدُوْدُ یَا ذَالْعَرْشِ الْمَجِیْدِ یَا فَعَّالٌ لِمَا یُرِیْدُ
اَکْفِنِیْ بِحَلَالِکَ عَنْ حَرَامِکَ وَاغْنِنِیْ بِفَضْلِکَ عَمَّنْ
سِوَاکَ وَاحْفِظْنِیْ بِمَا حَفِظْتَ بِہ الذِّکْرَ وَانْصُرْنِیْ بِمَا
نَصَرْتَ بِہ الرُّسُلَ اِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیءٍ قَدِیْرٌ۔
۵۔ ابتدائی مہینہ کے جمعہ سے چالیس جمعہ تک بعد مغرب ان آیتوں کو گیارہ مرتبہ پڑھے اور آیت ”وَلَقَدْ مَکَنَّا کُمْ فِیْ الْاَرْضِ وَ جَعَلْنَا لَکُمْ فِیْھَا مَعَایِشَ قَلِیْلًا مَا تَشْکُرُوْنَ“ ہر جمعہ کو کاغذ پر لکھ کر کنوئیں میں ڈالتا جائے۔ان شاء اللہ اس عمل کے نتیجہ میں غنی ہو جائے گا۔ ثُمَّ
اَنْزَلَ عَلَیْکُمْ مِّنْم بَعْدِ الْغَمِّ اَمَنَةً نُّعَاسًا
یَّعْشٰی طَآئِفَةً مِّنْکُمْلا وَطَائِفَةٌ قَدْ اَہَمَّتْہُمْ
اَنفُسُہُمْ یَظُنُّوْنَ بِاللّٰہِ غَیْرَ الْحَقِّ ظَنَّ
الْجَاہِلِیَّةِط یَقُوْلُوْنَ ہَلْ لَّنَا مِنَ الْاَمْرِ مِنْ شَیْءٍ
قُلْ اِنَّ الْاَمْرَ کُلَّہ لِلَّہِط یُخْفُوْنَ فِیْٓ اَنْفُسِہِمْ
مَّا لاَ یُبْدُوْنَ لَکَ یَقُوْلُونَ لَوْکَانَ لَنَا مِنَ الْاَمْرِ
شَیْءٌ مَّا قُتِلْنَا ہٰہُنَا قُلْ لَّوْ کُنْتُمْ فِیْ بُیُوْتِکُمْ
لَبَرَزَ الَّذِیْنَ کُتِبَ عَلَیْہِمُ الْقَتْلُ اِلٰی مَضَاجِعِہِمْ
وَلِیَبْتَلِیَ اللّٰہُ مَا فِیْ صُدُوْرِکُمْ وَلِیُمَحِّصَ مَا فِیْ
قُلُوْبِکُمْ وَاللّٰہُ عَلِیْمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُوْرِ ۔
۶۔ جو شخص ان آیتوں کو بکثرت فرض نمازوں کے بعد اور نوافل کے
بعد پڑھے گا اس کے رزق میں وسعت اور اس کے مال میں برکت ہوگی اور تنگ
دستی دور ہوگی۔ قُلِ
اللّٰہُمَّ مٰلِکَ الْمُلْکِ تُوٴْتِی الْمُلْکَ مَنْ تَشَآءُ
وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْکَ مِمَّنْ تَشَآئُز وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ
مَنْ تَشَآئُط بِیَدِکَ الْخَیْرُطاِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ۔
تُوْلِجُ الَّیْلَ فِی النَّہَارِ وَتُوْلِجُ النَّہَارَ فِی الَّیْلِز
وَتُخْرِجُ الْحَیَّ مِنَ الْمَیِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْمَیِّتَ مِنَ
الْحَیِّز وَتَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشَآءَ بِغَیْرِ حِسَاب
۷۔ سورہٴ مزمل
کا چالیس روز تک اس ترکیب کے ساتھ وقت مقررہ پر پڑھنا کشائشِ رزق کے لیے
نہایت مفید ہے جگہ بھی متعین ہو تو بہتر ہے پہلے گیارہ مرتبہ درود شریف
پڑھے۔ پھر گیارہ سو گیارہ مرتبہ ”یا مغنی“اس
کے بعد گیارہ مرتبہ سورہٴ مزمل پڑھ کر کشائشِ رزق کے لیے دعا کرے پھر
گیارہ مرتبہ درود شریف پڑھ کر ختم کرو۔ اگر اس عمل کو اپنا معمول بنا لیا
جائے تو غیب سے طرح طرح کی امداد ہو۔
۸۔ چاندی کی انگوٹھی پر یہ آیت کندہ کرا کر پہننا بہت مفید ہے۔ایسی جگہ سے رزق ملے کہ وہم و گمان بھی نہ ہو۔ ثُمَّ
بَعَثْنٰکُمْ مِّنْم بَعْدِ مَوْتِکُمْ لَعَلَّکُمْ تَشْکُرُوْنَ ۔
وَظَلَّلْنَا عَلَیْکُمُ الْغَمَامَ وَاَنْزَلْنَا عَلَیْکُمُ الْمَنَّ
وَالسَّلْوٰی کُلُوْا مِنْ طَیِّبٰتِ مَا رَزَقْنٰکُمْ۔
۹۔ جب گھر میں داخل ہو تو قل ھو اللہ احد پوری سورت پڑھ لیا کرے۔ان شاء اللہ اس کے رزق میں برکت ہوگی۔ ۱۰۔ سورہٴ الم نشرح اور سورہٴ کافرون کی کثرت خیر و برکت اور کثرت رزق کے لیے نہایت مفید ہے۔ ۱۱۔ رمضان شریف کا چاند دیکھنے کے بعد تین مرتبہ سورہٴ فتح پڑھ لینے سے پورا سال رزق ملتا رہے گا۔ ۱۲۔ ہر روز گیارہ سو گیارہ مرتبہ”یا معنی“ اور چالیس مرتبہ سورہٴ مزمل اگر چالیس مرتبہ نہ پڑھ سکے تو کم از کم گیارہ مرتبہ پڑھنے سے رزق کثیر ملے ۔مجرب ہے۔ ۱۳۔ نماز چاشت کے بعد روزانہ سو مرتبہ”یا باسط“پڑھنے سے رزق میں فراخی ہو گی۔
۱۴۔ نصف رات کے بعد وضو دو رکعت نماز کشائش رزق کی نیت سے پڑھے ۔پہلی
رکعت میں سورہٴ فاتحہ کے بعد پندرہ مرتبہ سورہٴ اخلاص اور دوسری رکعت میں
بھی سورہٴ فاتحہ کے بعد سورہٴ اخلاص پندرہ مرتبہ پڑھے۔ پھر قبلہ کی طرف
رخ کر کے ایک ہزار مرتبہ ”بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ“ اور ایک ہزار مرتبہ” یَا خَفِیَّ الْاَلَْطَافِ اَدْرِکْنِیْ بِلُطْفٍ خَفِیٍّ“ پھر ایک ہزار مرتبہ یا بدوح پڑھ کر دو رکعت پھر نماز پڑھے اور اس کا ثواب سید علی الہمدانی قدس سرہ کی روح کو پہنچائے۔ ۱۵۔ روز ایک ہزار مرتبہ یا حی یا قیوم اور ایک ہزار مرتبہ”یاوھاب“ کا پڑھنا کشائش رزق کے لیے نہایت مفید ہے۔
۱۷۔ ہر نماز کے بعد یہ آیت پڑھنا رز ق کے لیے نہایت مفید ہے۔ لَقَدْ
جَآءَ کُمْ رَسُوْلٌ مِّنْ اَنْفُسِکُمْ عَزِیْزٌ عَلَیْہِ مَا
عَنِتُّمْ حَرِیْصٌ عَلَیْکُمْ بِالْمُوٴْمِنِیْنَ رَءُ وْفٌ رَّحِیْمٌ ۔
فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُلْ حَسْبِیَ اللّٰہُزقصلے لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلاَّ
ہُوَط عَلَیْہِ تَوَکَّلْتُ وَہُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ
۱۸۔ جو شخص آیة الکرسی مع بسم اللہ خالدون تک اورپوری سورہٴ فلق مع بسم اللہ اور پوری سورہٴ والناس اور قُلْ لَّنْ یُّصِیْبَنَآ اِلاَّ مَا کَتَبَ اللّٰہُ لَنَاج ہُوَ مَوْلٰنَاوَعَلَی اللّٰہِ فَلْیَتَوَکَّلِ الْمُوٴْمِنُوْنَ
پڑھنے کا معمول بنا لے گا۔اس کے رزق میں اضافہ ہو گا۔ ۱۹۔ بعد
نماز فجر اول و آخر چودہ چودہ مرتبہ درود شریف اور پھر چودہ سو بار ”یا
وھاب“ اس عمل کا پڑھنے والا کبھی رزق سے محروم نہیں رہے گا۔بلکہ اہل اللہ
نے لکھا ہے کہ اس کی نسلیں بھی کثرت رزق سے شاد کام رہیں گی۔
یرقان
جسے یرقان ہو گیا ہو اسے سورہٴ لم یکن الذی لکھ کر گلے میں ڈالا جائے ان شاء اللہ العزیز یرقان جاتا رہے گا۔مجرب ہے۔
سَبَّحَ لِلّٰہِ مَا فِیْ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِیْ الاَرْضِ وَ ھُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَکِیْم۔
۲۔ ایک سو ایک بار یہ آیت پانی پر دم کر کے پلانا یرقان کے لیے بہت
مفید ہے۔ ۳۔ تین سو بار اسم باری تعالیٰ الحسیب پانی پر دم کر کے اکیس
دن تک پلانے سے ان شاء اللہ یرقان ختم ہو جائے گا۔
درد بازو
داہنے بازو میں درد ہو تو تین بار یہ آیت پڑھ کر درد کی جگہ پر دم کیا جائے ان شاء اللہ درد جاتا رہے گا۔
وَاَمَّا مَنْ اُوْتِیَ کِتَابَہ بِشِمَالِہ فَیَقُوْلُ ھَآوٴُمُ اقْرَوٴُ کِتَابِیَہ۔
وَاَصْحٰبُ الْیَمِیْنِ ۔فِیْ سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُوْدٍ ۔
۲۔ جس کے بائیں بازو میں دردہو اسے یہ آیت لکھ کر جس جگہ درد ہو
وہاں باندھا جائے ان شاء اللہ درد ختم ہو جائے گا۔ ۳۔ بازو میں تکلیف
ہو تو سوہٴ طارق تل کے تیل پر دم کر کے مالش کرنے سے درد دفع ہو جائے گا۔
۴۔ سورہٴ ہمزہ با بونہ کے تیل پر دم کر کے بازو میں لگانا درد وغیرہ کے
لیے بہت مفید ہے۔
درد گردہ
سورہٴ لایلف کھانے پر دم کر کے کھلانا دردِ گردہ کو نافع ہے۔
وَاَنَّ الْمَسَاجِدَ لِلّٰہِ فَلَاْتَدْعُوْا مَعَ اللّٰہِ اَحَدٌ
وَّاَنَّہ لَمَّا قَامَ عَبْدُاللّٰہِ یَدْعُوْہ کَادُوْ یَکُوْنُوْنَ
عَلَیْہِ لِبَدًا۔
وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ یُرْسِلُ الرِّیٰحَ بُشْرًامبَیْنَ یَدَیْ رَحْمَتِہ
حَتّٰیٓ اِذَآ اَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالاً سُقْنٰہُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّیِّتٍ
فَاَنْزَلْنَا بِہِ الْمَآءَ فَاَخْرَجْنَا بِہ مِنْ کُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِ
کَذٰلِکَ نُخْرِجُ الْموْتٰی لَعَلَّکُمْ تَذَکَّرُوْن
یٰٓاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ قَدْجَآءَ تْکُمْ مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّکُمْ
وَشِفَآءٌ لِّمَا فِی الصُّدُوْرِ۵لا وَہُدًی وَّرَحْمَةٌ
لِّلْمُوٴْمِنِیْنَ قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللّٰہِ وَبِرَحْمَتِہ فَبِذٰلِکَ
فَلْیَفْرَحُوْاط ہُوَ خَیْرٌ مِّمَّا یَجْمَعُوْنَ۔
سَبَّحَ لِلّٰہِ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَہُوَ الْعَزِیْزُ
الْحَکِیْمُ لَہ مُلْکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ یُحْی وَیُمِیْتُ وَہُوَ
عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ ہُوَ الْاَوَّلُ وَالْاٰخِرُ وَالظَّاہِرُ
وَالْبَاطِنُ وَہُوَ بِکُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ ہُوَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ
السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ فِیْ سِتَّةِ اَیَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰی عَلَی
الْعَرْشِ یَعْلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَمَا یَخْرُجُ مِنْہَا
وَمَا یَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ وَمَا یَعْرُجُ فِیْہَا وَہُوَ مَعَکُمْ
اَیْنَ مَا کُنْتُمْ وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِیْرٌ لَہ مُلْکُ
السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَاِلَی اللّٰہِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ یُوْلِجُ
الَّیْلَ فِی النَّہَارِ وَیُوْلِجُ النَّہَارَ فِی الَّیْلِ وَہُوَ
عَلِیْمٌبِذَاتِ الصُّدُوْرِ۔ ۲۔ اگر گردہ میں د رد ہو تو یہ
آیت مشک و زعفران سے لکھ کر جس جگہ درد ہو وہاں باندھا جائے۔دردِ گردہ کے
لیے بہت مفیدہے۔ ۳۔ دردِ گردہ کے لیے اکیس مرتبہ یہ آیت پانی پر دم کر
کے پلانا بہت فائدہ پہنچاتاہے۔ ۴۔ اگر گردہ میں پتھری ہو گئی ہو تو
سورہٴ تبت یدا اور یہ آیت چینی کی رکابی پر لکھ کر عرق مکوہ سے دھو کر
گیارہ دن تک پلانا نہایت ہی مفید ہے۔ ۵۔ بارش کے پانی پر اکیس مرتبہ یہ
آیت دم کر کے پلانا دردِ گردہ کی پتھری میں فائدہ پہنچاتا ہے۔
درد مثانہ
مثانہ میں درد ہو تو گیارہ روز تک گیارہ مرتبہ یہ آیت پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا جائے۔
قُلْ یٰعِبَادِیَ الَّذِیْنَ اَسْرَفُوْا عَلٰٓی اَنْفُسِہِمْ لَا
تَقْنَطُوْا مِنْ رَّحْمَةِ اللّٰہِ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ
جَمِیْعًا اِنَّہ ہُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِیْمُ ۔
اَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَہ عَیْنَیْنِ وَ لِسَانًا وَ شَفَتَیْنِ وَھَدَیْنَاہ ۲۔ مثانہ کے درد میں اکتالیس مرتبہ یہ آیت عرق گلاب پر دم کر کے پلانا بہت مفید ہے۔
النَّجْدَیْنِ ۔
پشاب کی بندش
اگر پیشاب کا آنا بند ہو گیا ہو تو اکہتر
(۷۱) مرتبہ یہ آیت پانی پر دم کر کے مریض کو پلایا جائے اور لکھ کر گلے
میں ڈال دیا جائے۔ ان شاء اللہ پیشاب جاری ہو جائے گا۔مجرب ہے۔
وَاِذِ اسْتَسْقٰی مُوْسٰی لِقَوْمِہ فَقُلْنَا اضْرِبْ بِّعَصَاکَ
الْحَجَرَ فَانْفَجَرَتْ مِنْہُ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ عَیْناً قَدْ عَلِمَ
کُلُّ اُنَاسٍ مَّشْرَبَہُمْط کُلُوْا وَاشْرَبُوْا مِنْ رِّزْقِ اللّٰہِ
وَلاَ تَعْثَوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ مُفْسِدِیْنَ۔
وَجَعَلْنَا مَنَ الْمَآءِ کُلَّ شَیْءٍ حَیّ اَفَلَا یُوٴْمِنُوْنَ
فَفَتَحْنَا اَبْوَابَ السَّمَآءِ بِمَاءٍ مُنْھَمِرٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا
الْاَرْضَ عُیُوْنًا فَالْتَقَی الْمَاءَ عَلٰی اَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ۔
۲۔ عرق گلاب پر ایک سو ایک بار یہ آیت دم کر کے پلانے سے پیشاب کی
رکاوٹ ختم ہو جائے گی۔ ۳۔ ایک شخص کا پیشاب بالکل رک گیا تھا تو کسی
بزرگ نے یہ آیت لکھ کر باندھ دی جس سے فوراً پیشاب جاری ہو گیا۔ ۴۔
پیشاب کی رکاوٹ دور کرنے کے لیے سورہٴ اخلاص گیارہ مرتبہ پانی پر دم کر کے
پلایا جائے۔
پشاب کی زیادتی
اگر پیشاب بستر میں نکل جاتا ہو تو سات مرتبہ یہ آیت لکھ کر پانی میں گھول کر پلایا جائے۔
یَا اَرْضُ ابْلَعِیْ مَآئَکِ وَیٰسَمَآءُ اَقْلَعِی وَ غِیْضَ الْمَآءُ وَقُضِیَ الْاَمْرُ۔
وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً بِقَدَرٍ فَاَسْکَنّٰہُ فِیْ الاْاَرْضِ وَانَا ذِھَابٍ بِہ لَقٰدِرُوْنَ
۲۔ پیشاب بکثرت آتا ہو تو اکتالیس بار یہ آیت چینی پر دم کر کے چٹانے
سے یہ مرض اجتا رہے گا۔ ۳۔ سورہٴ فاتحہ اکیس مرتبہ تلوں پر دم کر کے
گیارہ دن تک کھلایا جائے ان شاء اللہ کثرت پیشاب کامرض ختم ہو جائے گا۔
آتشک
سورہٴ تکویر آبِ زم زم پر دم کر کے پلانا آتشک کے لیے بہت مفید ہے۔
وَالنّٰزِعٰتِ غَرْقًا۔ وَّالنّٰشِطٰتِ نَشْطًا۔ وَّالسّٰبِحٰتِ سَبْحًا۔ فَالسّٰبِقٰتِ سَبْقًا ۔ فَالْمُدَبِّرٰتِ اَمْرًا۔ ۲۔ ایک سو ایک بار یہ آیت پانی پر دم کر کے اکتالیس روز تک پلایا جائے ان شاء اللہ آتشک کا مرض جاتا رہے گا۔
جریان
جریان کے مریض کو سورہٴ حجرات تین بار پانی پر دم کر کے اکتالیس روز تک پلایا جائے۔ان شاء اللہ شفایاب ہو جائے گا۔
رَبَّنَا اَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُوْرَنَا وَاغْفِرْلَنَا اِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْر۔
۲۔ جسے جریان ہو گیا ہو اسے بعد نماز مغرب سورہٴ فاطر پوست اسبغول پر
دم کر کے مسلسل اکیس روز تک استعمال کرایا جائے۔ ۳۔ بعد نماز عصر اول و
آخر سات سات مرتبہ درود شریف اور سو بار یہ آیت پڑھنا جریان کے لیے بہت
مفید ہے۔
نامردی
جو شخص جماع پر قادر نہ ہو اسے بعد نماز
فجر یہ آیت مرغی کے انڈے پر دم کر کے اکتالیس روز تک مسلسل کھلایا جائے۔
ان شاء اللہ وہ جماع پر قادر ہو جائے گا۔ مجرب ہے۔
یٰٓاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوْا رَبَّکُمُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَکُمْ مِّنْ
نَّفْسٍ وَّاحِدَةٍ وَّخَلَقَ مِنْہَا زَوْجَہَا وَبَثَّ مِنْہُمَا
رِجَالاً کَثِیْرًا وَّنِسَآءً وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ الَّذِیْ تَسَآءَ
لُوْنَ بِہ وَالْاَرْحَامَ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلَیْکُمْ رَقِیْبًا۔
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُوْنَ عَلٰی النِّسَآءِ۔
۲۔ نامرد کو یہ آیت ایک سو مرتبہ تخمِ مولی پر دم کر کے اکیس دن
تک گائے کے دودھ کے ساتھ استعمال کرانا بہت مفیدہے۔ ۳۔ صبح و شام اول و
آخر تین تین مرتبہ درود شریف اور ایک ہزار مرتبہ یا قوی یا معین کا ورد
نامردی دور کرنے کے لیے بہت نافع ہے۔ ۴۔ روزانہ بعد نماز فجر تین سو بار
ایاک نعبد و ایاک نستعین تین چلہ تک پڑھنا نامردی میں فائدہ بخش ہے۔
احتلام
اگر سوتے وقت سورہٴ نوح پڑھ لیا جائے تو احتلام سے حفاظت رہتی ہے۔
۲۔ اگر کثرت احتلام کا مرض ہو تو سورہٴ معارج لکھ کر اپنے پاس
رکھے انشاء اللہ احتلام سے محفوظ رہے گا۔ ۳۔ سوتے وقت شہادت کی انگلی
سے اپنے سینے پر یا عمر اس طرح لکھے کہ پڑھنے والے کے سامنے سیدھا ہو۔
بفضلہ تعالیٰ کثرت احتلام کا مرض جاتا رہے گا۔ ۴۔ بستر پر جاتے وقت
سورہٴ والطارق پڑھ لیا کرے تو کبھی کثرت احتلام کا مرض نہیں ہوگا اور اگر
پہلے سے یہ مرض ہو گا تو بالکل ختم ہو جائے گا۔بہت مجرب ہے۔
بواسیر
یہ آیت لکھ کر بازو پر باندھنا بواسیر کے لیے بہت مفید ہے۔
لَا یَرَوْنَ فِیْھَا شَمْسًا وَلَا زَمْھَرِیْرًا
وَاِذْ یَرْفَعُ اِبْرٰہمُ الْقَوَاعِدَ مِنَ الْبَیْتِ وَاِسْمٰعِیْلُ
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّاط اِنَّکَ اَنْتَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ
رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَیْنِ لَکَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّیَّتِنَآ اُمَّةً
مُّسْلِمَةً لَّکَ وَاَرِنَا مَنَاسِکَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَیْنَاج اِنَّکَ
اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِیْمُ رَبَّنَا وَابْعَثْ فِیْہِمْ رَسُوْلاً
مِّنْہُمْ یَتْلُوْا عَلَیْہِمْ اٰیٰتِکَ وَیُعَلِّمُہُمُ الْکِتٰبَ
وَالْحِکْمَةَ وَیُزَکِّیْہِمْ اِنَّکَ اَنْتَ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَکِیْمُ ۔
۲۔ فجر کی سنتوں میں ہمیشہ یہ سورتیں پڑھنا بواسیر و نواسیر کے لیے بے
حد فائدہ مند ہے۔ پہلی رکعت میں والضحیٰ ، الم نشرح الم ترکیف اور دوسری
رکعت میں لایلف ، کافرون اور سورة اخلاص ۔ ۳۔ جسے بواسیر ہو گئی ہو
وہ مغرب دو رکعت نماز اس ترکیب سے پڑھے کہ پہلی رکعت میں ”الم نشرح“
دوسری رکعت میں”الم ترکیف“ اور پھر سلام پھیر کر سو مرتبہ استغفار پڑھے
بفضلہ تعالیٰ مرض میں افاقہ ہو گا۔ ۴۔ روزانہ سات سو مرتبہ اسم باری
تعالیٰ یا مالک کا اکتالیس دن تک ورد کرنا بواسیر میں بہت نافع ہے۔ ۵۔
بعض بزرگوں نے تحریر فرمایا ہے کہ اس آیت کو بلوری برتن پر زعفران و گلاب
سے لکھ کر سیاہ انگور کے عرق سے دھو کر اس میں تھوڑا سا کہرباء کافور
اور تھوڑی سی چینی ملا کر پلانا بواسیر خونی میں بے حد مفید و مجرب ہے۔
پستانوں کا عدم ابھار:
کسی عورت کا پستان ابھرا ہوا نہ ہو، بالکل چھوٹا ہو تو چالیس دن تک یہ آیت روزانہ اکتالیس مرتبہ پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا جائے۔
اَنْزَلْنٰہُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِہ
نَبَاتُ الْاَرْضِ فَاَصْبَحَ ہَشِیْمًا تَذْرُوْہُ الرِّیٰحُ وَکَانَ
اللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ مُّقْتَدِرًا۔
وَاِنَّ لَکُمْ فِی الْاَنْعَامِ لَعِبْرَةً
نُسْقِیْکُمْ مِّمَّا فِیْ بُطُوْ نِہ مِنْمبَیْنِ فَرْثٍ وَّدَمٍ
لَّبَنًا خَالِصًا سَآئِغًا لِّلشّٰرِبِیْن ۔ ۲۔
پستانوں کے عدم ابھار میں یہ آیت لکھ کر چھاتی پر باندھنا بہت فائدہ مند
ہے اور پستانوں میں درد ہو جب بھی یہ عمل نافع ہے۔ ۳۔ جس عورت کا پستان
بہت چھوٹا ہو تو ایک ہزار مرتبہ اسم باری تعالیٰ یا ماجد پڑھ کر ہاتھ پر دم
کر کے اس کی چھاتی پر ملا جائے۔
دودھ کی کمی:
اگر عورت کے پستانوں میں دودھ پیدا نہ ہوتا ہو تو ایک سو ایک بار یہ آیت
بارش کے پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا جائے۔ ان شاء اللہ خوب دودھ پیدا ہو گا۔
وَ ھِیَ تَجْرِیْ بِھِمْ فِی مَوْجٍ کَالِْجِبَالِ فِیْھِمَا عَیْنٰنِ تَجْرِیٰنِ ۔
وَاَوْحَیْنَآ اِلٰٓی اُمِّ مُوْسٰٓی اَنْ
اَرْضِعِیْہِ فَاِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَیْہِ فَاَلْقِیْہِ فِی الْْیَمِّ وَلَا
تَخَافِیْ وَلَا تَحْزَنِیْ اِنَّا رَآدُّوْہُ اِلَیْکِ وَجَاعِلُوْہُ
مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ ۔
فَبِاَیِّ اٰٰلَآءِ رَبِّکُمَا تُکَذِّبَانِ۔
اگر پستانوں پر ورم آگیا ہو تو سورہٴ اخلاص اور معوذتین دس دس بار پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا جائے۔ ان شاء اللہ ورم ختم ہو جائے گا۔
وَاِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَھُوَ یَشْفِیْنَ ۔قُلْ ھُوَ للَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا ھُدًی وَّ شِفَآء۔
۲۔ پستانوں سے دودھ کم آتا ہو تو یہ آیت اکیس بار پانی پر دم کر کے
اکیس دن تک پلایا جائے اور اسی کو لکھ کر عورت کی چھاتی پر باندھ دیا
جائے۔ ۳۔ پستان میں دودھ کی کمی ہو تو یہ آیت خمیری روٹی پر لکھ کر سات
روز تک کھلایا جائے۔ ۴۔ اسم باری تعالیٰ ھو الحی القیوم تین سو مرتبہ پڑھ کر دم کرنا دودھ کی کمی کو دور کرنے کے لیے بہت نافع ہے۔ ۸۸۔ ورم پستان: ۲۔ پستان ورم کر گیا ہو تو یہ آیت پڑھ کر ہاتھوں پر دم کر کے ورم شدہ جگہ پر ہاتھ پھیرا جائے۔
سیلان الرحم:
سیلان الرحم کی بیماری ہو گئی تو تین سو مرتبہ یہ آیت عرق گلاب پر دم کر
کے اکتالیس روز تک پلایا جائے ان شاء اللہ مرض جاتا رہے گا۔
وَیَشْفِ صُدُوْرَ قَوْمٍ مُوٴْمِنِیْنَ
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْاٰنِ مَا ھُوَ شِفَآءٌ بِحَقِّ اِیَّاکَ
نَعْبُدُ وَاِیَّاکَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ ۔
جسے حیض بہت کم مقدار میں آتا ہو اسے روزانہ سات سو مرتبہ یہ آیت آبِ زم
زم پر دم کر کے ایک ہفتہ تک پلایا جائے۔ اور اسی کو لکھ کر گلے میں بھی
ڈالا جائے۔
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْاٰنِ مَا ھُوَ شِفَآء
لَاْ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاْ اَنْتَ سُبْحَانَکَ اِنِّیْ کُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِیْنَ ۔
اگر حیض کا خون زیادہ مقدار میں آتا ہو تو یہ آیت لکھ کر پیٹ پر باندھا جائے۔
صُمٌّ بُکْمٌ عُمْیٌ فَھُمْ لَا یَرْجِعُوْنَ۔
۹۰۔ کمی حیض: ۲۔ حیض کی
کمی کی بیماری ہو تو روزانہ تین سو اکتالیس مرتبہ یہ آیت آبِ زم زم پر دم
کر کے گیارہ روز تک پلایا جائے۔ ۹۱۔ کثرت حیض: ۲۔ حیض کا خون زیادہ
آنے کی صورت میں سات دن تک سورہٴ دہر پانی پر دم کر کے پلایا جائے۔ان شاء اللہ خون کا آنا بند ہو جائے گا۔ ۳۔ تین سو تیرہ بار سورہ ٴ کو ثر روزانہ بارش کے پانی پر دم کر کے پلانا کثرت حیض کی بیماری میں بہت مفید ہے۔
